Perfect for quesadillas, tacos, or a delightfully messy burger, beef cheek can make your day in any number of ways. For a quick and tasty plate, creamy slaw and zingy pickles make excellent sides — or add flavour and body to your meal by stirring through stew, pasta or chilli.
Storage: Leave chilling in your fridge for up to three weeks from the pack date or freeze for another occasion.
Instructions:
• Submerge the bomb in a pot of simmering water.
• Heat for 10-15min.
• Remove bag carefully with tongs – it’s hot!
• Slice open bag
• Break or cut up the meat into bite-sized portions and serve immediately
