This is a Japanese style of roast beef. Roast with low heat (55°inside). Please slice thinly by yourself.
You can eat it with sauce, vegetables or/and rice.

Ingredients: Beef 73%, beef stock 13% (carrots, onion, celery, tomato paste, herbs, and spices), onion 7%, GF soy sauce 5%, garlic, sugar brawn, red wine, (natural flavour, preservatives (202, 220)) salt, pepper

Storage: Storage in the freezer and do not put anything else on top of the item.

How to defrost wagyu roast beef
Wagyu meat is so fragile, so please follow the instruction.
1) Please add the roast beef pack into a boiling hot water until completely thawed.
2) Open the bag and pan fried surface if you like. Eat it within 24 hours of thawing.
