Coverage Area
We offer delivery services for the Auckland region and use NZ Post Overnight Courier for areas outside of Auckland.
Here are some important details to note:
• Auckland Delivery Schedule: Our delivery days for the Auckland region are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
• NZ Post Overnight Courier Schedule: For orders shipped via NZ Post Overnight Courier, we dispatch them from Monday to Thursday, and they will be delivered on the next working day.
• Dispatch Time: All items will be dispatched within 48 working hours after we receive your payment.
• Delivery Timing: Please be aware that delivery times are subject to external factors like weather and traffic.
• Delivery Process: In cases where customers are not at home, our driver will leave the parcel on the front doorstep.
• Handling Frozen Products: We recommend opening and refrigerating your frozen products as soon as you receive them.
• Address Match: Ensure that your order address matches your shipping address precisely.
We also offer a pickup option at the following locations during checkout:
1. HiFresh Warehouse: 8 Kawakawa Place, Whenuapai, Auckland 0814.
2. Wu Cha Lorne Street: 22B Lorne Street, CBD, Auckland 1010.
