Low ’n’ slow pork shoulder is a real crowd-pleaser. Offering a more subtle smoky flavour and value-for-money, it’s perfect for feeding friends and whāna. We love it in Mexican dishes like burritos, enchiladas and tacos, or go the Tex-Mex route and strew it over a plate o’ nachos. We’ve even been known to add it to our Mac ’n’ Cheese.
Storage: Leave chilling in your fridge for up to three weeks from the pack date or freeze for another occasion.
Instructions:
• Submerge the bomb in a pot of simmering water.
• Heat for 10-15min.
• Remove bag carefully with tongs – it’s hot!
• Slice open bag
• Break or cut up the meat into bite-sized portions and serve immediately
