Toothfish has snow-white flesh and is suited to both dry and moist preparations in a broad array of cuisines.

Cooking Method:
Preheat a large frying pan. When hot, add olive oil and place Toothfish and cook on high heat for approximately 3 minutes. Turn, reduce the heat and cook for another 3 minutes
