Here’s a quick & simple guide of steps from sign up to make payment.

  1. Register an account as a user at www.hifresh.co.nz
  2. Shopping
  3. Add the desire item(s) into cart
  4. Check the cart item quantity
  5. Fill up shipping information
  6. Apply if ANY coupon code OR Points
  7. Select the payment method
  8. Proceed to Checkout
  9. Make payment
  10. Order complete and check your order confirmation email.
  11. Sit tight and wait for your order be delivered.

No. At this moment, as we only operate as warehouse. We do provide delivery service, please refer to Coverage Area Postcode List.

Order

To redeem your coupon, please key in the coupon code during checkout. Terms and Conditions apply.

You are not allow to use coupon listed in Wholesale category as our wholesale price are nett price.

Unfortunately, we are not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests.

Apologies, no amendment will be allowed once order number is generated.

Payment

HiFresh accepts payments in New Zealand Dollar (NZD $) only. We are supported by POLi Pay, WeChat Pay, AliPay and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX).

Sorry, HiFresh does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.

Delivery

HiFresh will dispatch your order within 48 hours once we receive your payment. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive a text message with estimated time of delivery.

The order will be processed and delivered within 48 hours after we received the payment. The cut-off time will be 12:00AM of the day.

You can track your order by doing one or more of the following:

  1. Check your order status at Track your order.
  2. Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email:
  3. Once your order is dispatching, you’ll receive a text notification with an estimating time of deliver.

Allow 48 hours from purchasing your items, for your order to be dispatched and the shipping details confirmed by email.

Delivery fee will be charge based on different area.

– Free delivery with the total purchase of $100 and above. (T&C Apply)

– $10 delivery fees will be charged if the purchase is below $60.00 – $99.99. (T&C Apply)

– $20 delivery fees will be charged if the purchase is below $59.99. (T&C Apply)

We can leave the order at reception at your request. Our dispatcher will send you a photo of the order as proof of delivery. The orders dropped off at requested areas will be left at your own risk.

Due to selected day and time on delivery session, you are required to grant us the authority to leave your order on site if no one else is there to receive or unreachable. Our dispatcher has authority to leave at designated area and we will send you a photo of the order as proof of delivery.

No, item price and availability information are subject to changes without prior notice. HiFresh will not be liable on any subsequent purchases of the same product at a different price after a particular date.
