Delivery & Return Policy - HiFresh Seafood & Meat

Delivery Policy

Currently, we only provide delivery within Auckland. You may check here for the coverage area and delivery fees.

Order placed after the cut-off time – 12:00AM on the day, the order will automatically be delivered within 48 hours after we received the payment.

Please note that the minimum spend of order total is only applicable after discounts and coupons have been applied.

To arrange for order drop-offs at the reception, select the option of “Authority To Leave Notes” during checkout. Keep an eye out for a confirmation email after you have completed the order.

Due to selected day and time on delivery session, you are required to grant us the authority to leave your order on site if no one else is there to receive or unreachable. Our dispatcher has authority to leave at designated area and we will send you a photo of the order as proof of delivery.

Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we do not allow amendments after your order number is generated.

Return Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

HiFresh not accept the return of discounted products with the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

HiFresh will accept product returns and replace with same item or refund in store Points / in same form of methods used where the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality within 12 hours after we delivered the order.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

No additional shipping fee will be charge where the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS / CHANGE OF MINDS

Please ensure that you enter all information carefully when placing an Order. You warrant to HiFresh that all information provided by you in relation to each Order is complete, true and accurate.

Please check your Order carefully (including the quantities ordered) before submitting it as Orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once the Order has been accepted by HiFresh.

You are responsible to pay your own shipping fee for exchange item. The shipping fee of the exchanged products is subject to our delivery terms.

As we deliver perishable food items, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need to change your order after it has been processed, please call us immediately within the same day on 0800 66 11 99, or email orders@hifresh.co.nz else NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
